Yup, it looks like as any level elite the redeye is nearly a guarantee. And they are only flying 2x daily. The morning flight is slightly more competitive but is still probably a guarantee for 100k/75k members. I know someone flying this route weekly that has gotten pretty consistent upgrades at 120hrs and has yet to miss an upgrade.
