Interesting, IHG's temperamental struck again....

I just received an email:

"The gift of extra time is simply priceless. Consequently, we want to remind you of your Complimentary Weekend Night, valid on the second night of a paid weekend stay at InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, which expires on 31 December 2023"

Except i used mine already way back in FEB 2023 at IC AMS,
And a quick check in my account shows no AMB-weekend BOGO certificate....

I feel IHG's IT is just blinking blanks like the androids on Planet Mudd in Start Trek the orginal series,
Should i invest in the new Macie, Annabelle, Trudy, Oscar or Herman series or stick to the unique Stella 500 series ?

Search over 200 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and reserve a minimum two-night weekend stay to receive your complimentary weekend night.
The second night is credited to your bill at check-in when a valid ID and IHG One Rewards number are presented.

To redeem, simply book here and you will be credited your one annual complimentary weekend night at check-in upon presentation of a valid ID and member number.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with Reward Nights or any other promotion or free night offer. The offer is also bookable via your IHG One Rewards account.

how many were brazen enough to even pull off something like that, as such it caught IHG's attention to pin that stunt down in the T&C
