I can't imagine that it is likely to keep enough Bailey's down within a short time period to have any material effect on the nervous system. And I know there are a lot of lightweights, but the Bailey's is extra lightweight, given how much one typically consumes, which is often one, and those are the most likely people to say they're tipsy.
