What is it with call centres based in Dublin? I'm 1/4 Irish myself and proud of it but every time I've had a bad experience with a call centre, it happens to have been based in Dublin: Lufthansa; United; American Airlines; and even Apple (yes, I know, not an airline).
The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if it's just one uber call centre servicing them all.
Still I suppose it beats my recent experience with BT's call centre somewhere in India (again, love Indian people, just not the call centre experience they run)
