I had to call because not matter what I did I kept getting that error message:
CHECK PC SUBMITTED [DE827]. Very frustrating.
I was able to change my times with no cost change, so yay for that. The woman told me the system was updating and I would be able to make my own changes in a couple of hours... I wanted to change the vehicle because there's another one that's comparable at a better price. I tried last night and several times today, but I keep getting the error: CHECK PC SUBMITTED [DE827]. I changed browsers and tried it on my cell, same thing.
Well at least I got the times corrected. If I can't change the car I can either call back, or just keep the one I have. I'll live.
