The problem seems to be in Toulouse. The first A350-1000 had engines mounted in early August. But looking at the production tracking sites, there is no indication that the first engine start and taxi under own power has happened yet, and there certainly has not been a single test flight. Number two and three have still not been spotted with engines. If Airbus can't get the planes ready for delivery, how should JAL set a date?
