Ridiculous upgrade offers as a Diamond...
Is Hilton really this inept? As a Diamond, I theoretically get premium Wi-Fi, so why send me an offer for premium wifi as an 'upgrade' for an upcoming stay? How does this make any sense? Did Hilton kill the premium Wi-Fi for Diamonds as part of their ongoing 'enhancements'?
