Yes, I am indeed, I am never going to fly BA again (this route or another). I am actually due to do a London-Tokyo trip for work next month, and just canceled my business class flight with BA, rebooked it with ANA instead.
After that ordeal, even if seats were completely free, I wouldn't touch this BA route with a barge pole.
