I've been trying to find a way over to Asia on miles, and have noticed that the prevalence of Starlux to CX is about 300:1, not just in availability but also in point requirement. Is CX availability still wonky on the AS website - should I be searching on the Qantas website like in the old days? I hesitate to go that route without FT feedback, because it requires the active participation of a knowledgeable partner desk agent to search availability in deep dark webspaces, and those agents are hard to find. Is AS just trying to stuff this Starlux routing down our throats in hopes that we have forgotten the good old CX days? If anyone sees any premium CX availability (Feb 22 is the only day I see in the next 6 months) can you post here?
