If it makes it any better, when I was at HND Terminal 3 in September 2023, there were plenty of luggage lockers available in both the terminal and at the HND Garden Mall attached to the terminal. Not the ideal solution but if you’re staying offsite from the airport at least you don’t have to lug bags with you. 500 JPY per 24-hour period for the largest locker at the HND Garden Mall. Thank you and glad to hear lockers are indeed available. I've been reading the other threads; folks mentioned the large lockers are often occupied depending on your arrival time.
Alas, I'll likely wing it on the day, as my flight may land at either T2 or T3. It seems easier to lug my bag instead of fidgeting with lockers and terminal transfers while adjusting to jet lag.
