I chose EVA PE flying from ORD to TPE in the end and turns out it was a great experience:

1. seat is comfortable and can recline a lot which allowed me to sleep 3/4 hours at peace

2. food is amazing and can be served early than other customers if pre-order in app before boarding


Although I have not taken any others flights PE, this was my best long distance flight experience so far,l. Hope you guys will get chance to try it and share here!
