I booked a round trip JFK-SJD (outbound September, 5 and inbound Oct, 2) in early July and added our AA# in time. The LPs never posted so I tried to use the missing miles form but I get the error that no match could be found.
I contacted the service desk but they're now telling me to contact JetBlue to correctly submit the information to AA. I mean I have had missing miles from partners before but I have never been told to do that. Shouldn't AA clarify this with the partner. I thought that's the whole point of a "missing miles request"?
