Yesterday I sent the "missing" files to BA and included my case number. Today when I did not receive any confirmation that BA did receive the documents I called BAEC on Skype. Bottom line is that they still cannot access my documents because of BA IT updates.
Clearly this is a bit of a Clown Show. Why send documents by the internet if the folks receiving them cannot even access their incoming mail? Duhhh.
At least BA aircraft are taking off, flying and landing safely.
