I'm still here and the breakfast experience is inexplicably bad. And I can't remember the last time I feel like I need to comment on breakfast.

The restaurant is 1/3 full when I started and almost full when I'm done.

The Good:
- Hot Chocolate is fantastic. I can pay for breakfast here just to drink the bottomless hot chocolate.
- The cold cuts and fruits and especially the pastry are of very nice quality.

Things I'm less enthusiastic about:
- Coffee is Nespresso. I'm willing to pay more to get proper coffee if that is an option.
- I was seated and no one came to ask me about egg dishes and drinks, so I just went to get food from buffet and waited and waited... then I asked them about it.
- They took away my half finished drinks and cutlery even though I was just wandering around in the buffet waiting for the egg dish which took something like 20 minutes.
- And again they didn't care enough to give me water.
- About half a dozen fruit flies gathered on the cheeses. Maybe unavoidable given the seasonality. I'm not in Paris often enough to know if that's the case.
- The egg is HARD in the egg benedict.
