Your itinerary has 5 flight segments in Europe/Middle East. Max allowed on a Oneworld Explorer is 4. (OSL-HEL-LHR-BHD...LHR-DOH...LHR-OSL)
The GlobalExplorer does not restrict the number of flight segments in a continent, but does restrict the number of stopovers - to 4 normally, but since this is the continent of origin the limit is 2.
