I have booked Hilton Molino Stucky and JW Marriott Venice in April. Both booked on points, 2 rooms for family of 4, 2 nights. Cannot seem to make up my mind which one to cancel. Any thoughts?

Trying to limit out of pocket costs. I'll get free breakfast at both hotels as Hilton Diamond and Marriott Plat. JW Marriott has no lounge, Hilton has one. Conversely, JW has free water shuttle while Hilton would cost us 120 euros for their water taxi (15 per person per day)
