I am due to fly BKK-SIN-EWR. Unfortunately I have an allergy to legumes which includes soy. I contacted customer service to ask if they have access to the ingredients lists for any of the BTC meals because otherwise my only option is the "minimal allergen meal". Would be such a shame to fly biz and eat the same meal that's otherwise available in coach. The response from customer service basically just they added the allergen meal to my itinerary. It's tricky because even things like bread rolls, pastries, chocolate, or ice cream can have soy binders or fillers. Anyone have ideas on another venue to ask?
