Have contacted You First twice today to obtain a menu for my F flight LHR-SCL on 28th October.
On both occasions was told that they were unable/instructed not to send our menus by email, due to the format on the 'new system'.
The second agent I spoke to was very helpful and checked with her manager who also said it wasn't possible.
Anyone had any greater success than I on this please ?
Frustrating, I was going to do the same.
I am on this flight week after next-will post menus here if no luck by then.
