If I absolutely don’t want an EV for a specific rental then I’ll usually go with Avis or National/Enterprise.
exactly why I stick with Hertz is because they have EVs. Because of that other companies are fleeting with EVs… Europecar here in the UK has a bunch of MG4s in LHR and EDI. Guess what though? By end of decade pretty much everyone will have them so maybe hertz is ahead of the game
