excluding China-based AP members won't help. most of them are NA brokers I believe, since how easy to get AP miles in NA

change reward release time will help, when you cancel Flex rewards seats won't go back right away instead will be randomly in next 24 hours.......that's how China did for it's 12306 train tickets website to fight scalpers

plus I always thought it's not that hard for AP to find scalpers, find these accounts keep cancel FLEX J tickets, how hard it will be?
