Planned equipment changes on this route only happen at least several months before departure (such as between widebody & 757, or between Polaris-equipped 777 & 777HD), so if there is any equipment change this close in, it would only be in case of IRROPS. However, I fly this route constantly, and I've never seen a 757 replaced by a 777 in IRROPS.
