Was in GCS on Saturday for couple of hours with a friend; had 6 glasses over a couple of hours. Each time the request was met politely; two out of three staff I asked offered to bring it over, though I never mind waiting. Maybe a bit luck of the draw, but don't think it's policy to be curt about it.
And it was also Castelnau '07 on the flight, as a few had mentioned previously.
