My reservation has also been in limbo since I made it around 1800 PST yesterday (confirmation e-mail was received). Not showing up on My Trips and when I try to open it on the website, I get an error.

I called Reservations twice. Apparently it's "in a queue" for manual intervention from someone at AS. Was told to try again after 24 hours. Pretty annoying.
