I'm thinking about doing the same as there's not alot of flights to XMN nowadays. Did you do these on weekend by any chance, mainly worried won't be able to make it back in time.
And did you use Mainland permit for HK residents? Do they have those automated scanning stalls so we don't have to get questioned by the immigration officer?
