I haven't flown much in the last 6 months, but this has more often been the case earlier in the year that doors were closed but then there was some excuse and we didn't take off for another 30+ minutes.

Over 2022, the biggest issue was arriving at LHR, because there'd be no gates ready. I've landed early/on time at least 3 times that I remember, but then waited an hour on-board (and usually ended up in a bus back to T5A). It happened once with AY at T3 as well, so it wasn't just BA.
