AA6915 is the BA84 operated codeshare from YVR to LHR.

EC261 places all responsibility on the operating carrier, so is this another attempt by BA to weedle out of their legal responsibilities? Or just more incompetence from their outsourced customer support?
Could be a combination of both! BA is known for rejecting legitimate compensation requests with all sort of excuses. Probably they done the maths and a good percentage of people will not bother with going to court etc. Saying that, they never rejected any of mine so far.
