I think they would probably both work, Sudbury is an out-sourced document processor for BA, so they scan letters and feed them into BA (and send out those shiny cards). The Uxbridge address above is a Royal Mail delivery office, which then serves Waterside, the HQ of BA.

Not sure why you would be sending old fashioned letters, but why not? But if you are going the CEDR route, then CEDR's biggest customer is BA so they know how to get hold of BA.
I was just following out the steps laid out in the OP, section 27:
(a) I wrote in to BA via the web form, clearly laying out my demand for EU261 compensation; they rejected it
(b) I wrote back, politely but firmly rubbishing their explanation and reiterating my demand; they had rejected me anew
It seems the front-line people aren't for turning, so I moved on to (c), which suggests writing to that address in Uxbridge. I don't have any particular desire to write them in person - in fact, I'd prefer not to, since I live in Canada and it will cost more than a few quid to send something with delivery tracking.
Am I to understand that §27 is perhaps slightly out of date and CEDR would be the recommended next step? My goal is just to get my money from BA as efficiently as possible
