Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I'm having this exact issue on several reservations today. New reservations not showing up in My Trips, giving me the No Reservations Found. Try Again? error described above when I try to add them manually. These are all AS flights booked while logged into my account using my profile, so nothing is amiss about middle names. My Trips is also still showing a flight that I cancelled earlier today. Same on both app and website. I can pull them up manually using the Manage Reservation route, but I can't seem to add them to My Trips.
