The app has seemed to improve recently, but it won't mask years of IT incompetence for those that have been stuck with SAS in the last decade. One of the reasons that I am ready to jump ship is that I can barely use my EB miles on *A as SAS cannot get the system to work with most other airlines. It is to the point that that you have to lead the staff to the flights that you want to book (as they don't find them), just to finally get to the point where they say "I can see them but the system won't let me book them"...followed by "call back in 1 week". I won't even get into how many tickets we have had disappear after the outbound was flown and then have to stress over whether the return segment will eventually show up before we need to fly home.

I have been flying TK more and more in recent years and yet to experience any problems other than the usualy delays and missed connections, but to be honest I am always treated well and rebooked without fuss.
