Thankfully flight crews are better at remembering not to tail-strike an A321 than they are at knowing Manchester is in the UK. Twice last month I had “we’ve parked on A5/6/etc so it’s just a short walk to immigration”…
It’s similar for the cabin crew, with a few notable differences on neos. For example emergency exits on A321 and the alternative safety briefing with clips on life jackets instead of double bows. I assume they need some sort of brief conversion before operating them.
