Last Thursday. The Ulti TA told me they could only cancel the transaction if the ticket was canceled before midnight (I had bought it at 9am).

Maybe they can still cancel the ticket as a commercial gesture but not catch the transaction if cancellation occurs after midnight… or maybe it was just yet another poorly-trained agent.
