Thanks - yeah, I could try that. My concern though is that I can't just pay the minimum because there's currently no mechanism for me to then pay off the rest, and while I would mostly want to pay off the full amount, there might be occasions where I want to manage it a bit more. If I can't work something else out ASAP I can try that as a way to at least keep the account in good standing though (assuming they don't also have a problem setting that up...)
