Background: 5/24 but with one being an AU; got 1 CSP, 1 CIU, 1 CIC active. Used to also hold a united card. Last chase card approved was Mar 2023 for the CIU with a significant higher limited than the CIC approved in Feb 2023. All the Chase cards are actively used especially the CIC.

SEP/11 - Submitted the app using SSN only as a sole prop. Forgot I previously froze my Transunion so had to call immediately after app. Also explained one of my 5/25 is an AU card. Rep verified again a bunch of questions and then gave me a case number as well as the status check number 1-800-453-9719

No updates since then. Only the "7-10 days" msg.

OCT/03 - Called again. Same "7-10 days" and hit "0" after the auto msg (although it didn't say the option. learned the trick from this thread -- thanks!). Got transferred to a rep. She told me rejected mainly due to "too many accounts". I then mentioned the AU card again and then she reviewed everything again. On hold for 5 mins. Checked the business info again. Another 5/10 mins told me she's done here and the app is now redirected to "Verification team".
