Or do the 6 certs, if unused in 2023, get extended to 2024?

2) No, this hasn't been sent to anyone yet.

3) You get status through 2024, however it's not clear to me how all of the perks, such as Mint certs, will work in 2024.

If you look at the general T&Cs regarding Move to Mint on the website, it indicates that all certificates expire on 12/31/23. The email from jetBlue approving participation in the challenge indicated that 2024 status will be updated "1-3 weeks after 12/31/23" for those that meet the challenge requirements.

I take from all this that 1) there may be a gap in early 2024 before successful participants have their status reflect as Mosaic and 2) all the relevant perks (including new certificates) will be granted again in 2024 once status is updated to reflect Mosaic for 2024.

Edited to add: jetBlue called me this morning, and on the call I was able to confirm that successful participants in the challenge will receive a new set of upgrade certs in 2024.
