Question for short haul flight crew (and cabin crew). Are you qualified on all three types - the A319, A320, and A321? And both CEO and NEO at the same time? And if so, is it just a case of turning up for work and flying whatever is put in front of you - so you might do a couple of different 'types' in a day?
And, again if so, how different are they to fly? Do you have to make an mental adjustments for each of the different types - is it just a case of you sit down and say 'oh, it's one of these, right, this is what I need to do'?
