- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? booked standard room and upgraded to Deluxe Apartment (two categories upgrade)

- How are the rooms?The apartment (44 sqm) includes a bedroom, a living room/kitchen (with a refrigerator, a microwave, hotplates and a dishwasher) and a large dressing room. The room has been recently renovated and is nicer than other suites in some Accor hotels.









- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
- Double upgrade
- Room was ready at 1pm
- Drink voucher for 2
- Mini bar restocked every days (only water but 6 bottles sparkling and natural)
- great view of the port and of the Lanterna di Genova
- cooling was excellent specially that it was hot in Genova

Bad:
- The hotel is not in the center of Genova, but easily accessible by bus
- The shower was quite small

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Drink voucher for 2 valid for anything including cocktail (much more generous than the Mgallery of Naples and Pompei for example !)

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Definitely yes. It was a good surprise for an Italian accor Hotel. There are some bad reviews for the standard rooms in this hotel but the renovated rooms (Executive rooms and Deluxe Apartment are lovely). Quite expensive (150€ including breakfast), but other hotels around were at the same price (Holiday Inn for exemple)
