To the previous list of coffee places, I'll add Tradition Coffee Roasters in Kailua. It's in a warehouse space off of Kapaa Quarry Road so it definitely requires a car, but it's got a nice chill vibe and a very clean bathroom. I'll add the caveat that I've only ever had cold brew there, so I don't know about the quality of espresso drinks.
