Tell me again, Hilton Diamond is giving you free breakfast? What sums up the Hilton elite experience in the US nicely is something another poster wrote. So he arrived a little early at a Hilton and wanted to check in. What did they say: "Thank you for being a valued Hilton Diamond member. Check-in is at 3 PM!"
Don't even get me started on the 8 Hilton brands which, per the Hilton Honors T&C, are excluded from complimentary room upgrades... Or on the state of Hilton lounges in the US.
