I see a problem for you in the continent of Europe/Middle East.
If you are purchasing a Oneworld Explorer ticket, then:
You are allowed for flight segments in the continent. Your itinerary shows four flight segments, BUT one of your segments will require two flights, because there are no Oneworld flights from Turkiye (sp?) to Spain.
If you are purchasing a Global Explorer ticket, then:
You can have more than four flight segments in the continent, but you are limited to no more than four stopovers there.
On a business class ticket, you are limited to 34,000 miles in total.
Everything else on your proposed itnerary looks OK to me.
Personally, I would rather go to GIG (Rio de Janeiro) than GRU (Sao Paolo).
