Being the video just one year old thus the situations did not change much from tourist prospective. As someone living in Bandung i would say that 3-4 days are more than enough for visiting the whole Bandung area relevant sites. One important advice is to avoid weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays if you do not want to get stuck in traffic jams and big crowds in all tourist areas.
