Did you supply UA with the Avianca ticket number, and ask UA if they can find the reservation from the ticket number?
Thanks! Actually I've already tried both methods. The agent from Avianca said the ticket was booked through LifeMiles, so I should contact LM. I did and asked for UA PNR and explained everything, but LifeMiles just sent me the original reservation info and insisted the reservation is okay. No other answers from them. I also supplied UA with the Avianca ticket number, and UA said the ticket number starts from 134 and is not theirs. I even went to the UA airport counter, and they couldn't find my reservation either. :-(
