Two poor room assignment experiences in a row. Last stay, had a deluxe suite (paid rate) that reeked of cigarette smoke. Corresponded with GM and naively assumed property would make up for it with at least a decent room assignment this time. Nope. Not only no upgrade, but assigned room was located on the "T" of two intersecting hallway and was incredibly noisy, especially when housekeeping was in the hallways.

Done here. This place is a factory and management just doesn't care. Back to Hyatt SoMa.
