I did a 3 Day 2 Night stay at HR Yokohama with the following rough itinerary

Day 1
- Red Brick Warehouse
- Cup Noodle Museum
- Shop at Minatomirai
- Chinatown

Day 2
- Kamakura
- Enoshima

Day 3
- Yamashita Park
- Gundam Factory
- Harbor View Park
- Shop at Don Quijote next to the Park

If you have an additional day, can consider a day trip to Atami.
