Trying to select seas on a HND-ITM flight on JL metal on an AA award. I have AA and JL booking confirmations (6-digits) and AA ticket numbers (13-digits). The JL website shows an error when entering the info into their manage domestic booking page. The AA website status is ticketed, but there's no info at all in the booking section. Also, when searching for the award the taxes were $0 and my CC was not charged and nothing pending. This should be around $5.50 per person in taxes like they were for the return UA award on ANA. Where do I go from here? What's the website to select seats? Maybe I'm using the wrong one.
