My read is that all the perks will renew in 2024 if one meets the challenge requirements (with flight or CC acquisition), but oddly there may be a gap before 2024 status is active, per email from jetBlue:
if you successfully complete the challenge, your new status will be reflected in your account 1-3 weeks after 12/30/23
So, basically they did not prorate the certificates awarded based on the length of the challenge period. These are space-available (and may be capacity controlled at 24 hours still; haven't checked B6 forum to see how useful the upgrades actually are...).
