Help! Booked a United Airlines ticket with LifeMiles but UA said no reservation
I booked a UA flight ticket with LifeMiles, and they gave me an Avianca PNR. I used that PNR to check my reservation on United and there is nothing. I've talked to United and indeed there is no reservation under my name. I contacted LifeMiles many times and they just said the reservation exists and sent me the Avianca confirmation pdf. I also tried to request refund and LifeMiles rejected me because they insisted the ticket is okay. What should I do :-(
