Nope. If taken to the court, united will have to explain under which circumstances (unified and formal) this can happen and show examples where it did.

I woukd love to see them doing this.

Yes, the three of us were on the list, and obviosly I do not know the status of other people.

Trust me, I am well aware of the diff between 'may' and 'will'. I am also aware that in the false ad case respondent will have to prove that 'may' can theoretically happen and does happen in practice, even if infrequently.
