PHX-ORD in United Economy to Lufthansa ORD to FRA in Business. The flight arrives around 10pm which is probably good as there is less traffic, but obviously wa late flight is more perceptible to delays to begin with. Is this pure insanity? Is there even a realistic chance?
If your inbound is on time, then you should make it. But you have no margin for any delays. Since this is the last flight to FRA for the day, and probably the last transatlantic flight as well, you will be spending the night at ORD if you miss it. Is that a big deal for you? I would only book it provided that I didn't care if I had a 24-hour delay getting to FRA.
