I agree with Schnit. I have stayed at all 3 options over the years and have become very loyal to certain specific properties. Comfort Suites is almost always a good choice. I prefer to pay extra for a higher cost room (suite) in Comfort Inn's, because they are a good value for what you get. I used to love the Sleep Inn's and they were all a good 'choice', but as some of those properties have aged, they have not held up very well: I am cautious with the Sleep Inn's now. All 3 brands typically have good beds and get the basics right. I just don't expect to be wowed by the breakfast.
