Hi - glad to see I'm not the only one facing this issue. Does anyone know if the chauffeur service is available for transit passengers connecting business to first?

I have a 14 hour connection and will head into the city to sleep in a hotel. On that note, each time I try to use the free transit hotel booking page I always get 0 results so cannot book anything. Do I need to call for this as well?
